Mr. Merida will provide a demonstration and answer questions regarding his professional career at four of the world’s best restaurants, his extraordinary new venture in Hillsdale, and his attempt to beat Bobby Flay. A tasting will be on offer for participants. Please purchase tickets in advance at the Library.
