Collection Bins
Nonprofit organizations can use the Hillsdale Free Public Library as a drop-off location for collection activities.
Contact the Library Director at [email protected] if your nonprofit organization is interested for approval and scheduling, which are at the discretion of the director.
Guidelines
- Collection bins will be located in the main lobby.
- Bins must be clearly labeled, identifying the sponsoring organization and the purpose of the activity. Contact information must also be included.
- Bins must be emptied in a timely fashion if they become overflowing with donations.

Now Collecting – Food Drive
Donate food items at the Hillsdale Free Public Library from June 3 to June 30. Donations will be taken to the Center for Food Action.

American Flag Retirement Drop-Off
The Hillsdale Library is a drop-off location for faded and worn American flags for disposal by American Legion Post 162.

Now Collecting – Food and Personal Items
The Hillsdale Library’s Teen Advisory Board is collecting food and personal items for donation to the Hillsdale Helping Hands Food Pantry. Donations accepted through April 10.
