Sublimation Printer
The Hillsdale Free Public Library owns a Sawgrass 1000 sublimation printer and has the required heat presses for mugs and fabric.
Sublimation ink is used to apply full-color images and text to light-colored objects, such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs. Fabrics must be at least 70% polyester. Mugs and tumblers must be sublimation ready.
Users must receive training from a qualified staff member prior to scheduling time for projects. Contact Dave at dave@hfpl.org or 201-358-5072 to make an appointment.
Costs/materials for sale:
- The fee per sublimation print is $2.00.
- We have a small supply of 11 oz. white ceramic mugs, which are $3.00 each.
Users of Hillsdale Free Public Library TMS Toolshed tools must review and adhere to the use policies outlined on the TMS Toolshed webpage as well as any additional tool-specific guidelines that may appear on the tool’s webpage.
