The Friends of the Hillsdale Free Public Library is an auxiliary 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises money and organizes events in support of the library.

MISSION STATEMENT

Through active participation, the Friends of the Hillsdale Free Public Library will serve as a volunteer group dedicated to improving services and raising funds for the expansion of educational, literary, research, cultural, social, and technological, programs and facilities.

We, the Friends of the Hillsdale Free Public Library, pledge to help develop the Library into a community-based center providing a vast array of traditional and innovative services for all age groups, from pre-schoolers to seniors. July 5, 1995
