I started my passion for sculpting with modeling clay when I was 6 years old. I remember one day when my mother went
out to buy groceries and I asked her if she could bring me back a toy. She said she would. Hours later when she
returned, she brought a pack of different colored modeling clay blocks. Imagine my confusion as I did not know what that was.
She proceeded to explain to me that it was modeling clay that I could mold and create anything including toys. Frankly, I was beyond frustrated and stormed off only to return to the clay out of boredom later on. I proceded to sculpt something and it was then that a realized the infinite possibilities with the only limit being my imagination, I have been sculpting ever since.
When it comes to the inspiration behind my work it mostly comes from movies, tv shows, and the like. Once I find my subject, I freeze the image, formulate blueprints in my mind, and with some trial and error, I’ve created and recreated a ton of these “Toys”.
