Tinkering Tuesday, October 1 – 3:30 to 4:45 pm

Challenge: what combination of colors, viscosity, and pressure will make an awesome piece of spin art?

materials: heavy cardstock, acrylic paint, water

connectors: paperclips

tools: the 12 year old homemade spinart machine salvaged from a compact disc player… it’s still fun. squeezy bottles

BONUS: decorate a piece of corrugated cardboard for the Boardum Sculpture: Find your Piece at the Library

Think It, Make It, Share It is an opportunity to get creative with stuff. There is no right way. There is no wrong way. There may be a better way, but you are free to find your way. Play and explore. Failure is always an option. Anyone can join. Activities run until 4:45 pm or until supplies run out. 

Younger makers under 9 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian or older responsible sibling
