Photocopier

Photocopier and Printing

Patrons may use the photocopier and printer during normal library hours; however, both will be turned off 10 minutes prior to closing.

Black & White copies are 10 cents per page.*
Color copies are 25 cents per page.*

The charges are the same as the photocopier.

The photocopier has a coin machine that accepts nickels, dimes, quarters, dollar coins, one- dollar bills, and five-dollar bills.

Printing is paid at the circulation desk.

Paper is limited to 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) and 8.5″ x 14″ (legal) plain 20lb copier paper.

Paper is limited to 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) plain 20lb copier paper.

Although the photocopier is capable of many advanced printing services, the photocopier is intended for simple one-sided copying. Double-sided printing is possible, but can be difficult to set up.
The photocopier is equipped to print graphic image files and .pdf documents from portable USB memory devices.

Printing is available from the library’s computers and may be possible from smart phones and tablets. (It is generally not possible to print from laptops.)

A “page” is one side of a piece of paper. Double-sided printing counts as two printed pages. (The toner costs more than the paper!)
