The Bergen County Cooperative Library System is preparing to transition to a new system software package on December 12, 2012. There will be some impact upon services.
Beginning October 15, you will not be able to place reserves/holds on library materials at other libraries that are listed as “checked out.” You will be able to request items that are listed as “available.”
On November 20, you will not be able to place an on-line request for materials at any BCCLS library regardless of status in the catalog. You will still be able to walk in and borrow items directly from BCCLS libraries.
Hillsdale Library will maintain a paper reserve box to manage reserves/holds on Hillsdale items for Hillsdale patrons during the transition period.
Holds/reserves and on-line loan requests will resume after we transition to the new system on 12/12/12.
