No apologies necessary, but we are only doing a fraction of the cool activities that can be found at MAKERCAMP.COM.  This week we are making paper rockets and launching them with either stomp rocket launchers or the incredibly awesome compressed air cannon. Paper is nearly free, tape is abundant, cardboard can be salvaged from the recycle bin or your cereal box. A stomp rocket launcher is merely an empty 2 liter bottle, a short 1/2 inch diameter PVC pipe, a used bicycle tire tube, and some duct tape. Ask Dave how to build the compressed air cannon!
