This book was only so-so. It was a classic romance story of two star-crossed lovers that Spark is so famous for, but it was a little bit boring. The book wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t special. I’ve read other Sparks books, and this one did not live up to my expectations. The book did not make me cry, and since I think that is the main goal of Spark’s books, I did not consider this one a success.
