Colby is taken to Greeve to stay with her “Crazy Aunt Tally” because her parents are getting a divorce and her mother’s shrink says she should be taken away till all of this divorce stuff is over. Colby writes letters to her parents, writes in her blog she created, or writes in her journal to talk to the reader. She has a “best friend” named Amanda who actually doesn’t care about her and tells us about her crush Levi even though he is one of those popular kids as well. Colby feels alone in her life since no one has gone out to even reach her.But she meets this cute guy one day at a small July 4th party. One thing she is worried about is if she will still be popular when she gets back. Many other little small details happen throughout the first few pages.
