Harry Potter is in trouble with the Ministry of Magic when he uses a spell to get rid of Dementors. He has to attend a hearing and is almost expelled from Hogwarts. An employee from the Ministry of Magic is teaching at Hogwarts and is trying to replace Dumbledore.
