Make a battery with pennies to power an LED light. Paint with light in a dark room using a long shutter setting on our camera.

Materials:

  • Pennies minted after 1983 – have a high zinc content center
  • LED lights
  • vinegar
  • construction paper/cardboard
  • tape
  • sandpaper
