Bergen County Senior Services will present a Brain Health Event on Wednesday, August 30, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This is a HealthEASE Senior wellness event for all Bergen County adults age 60+. Brain health affects our ability to remember, learn, plan, concentrate and maintain a clear and active mind. Brain health is a key part of our overall health and quality of life. As we get older our bodies change, and that includes our brain. At this event you will have the opportunity to attend various workshops on key topics related to brain health, as well as visit fun and interactive stations.
