The Theology of the Body: An Education in Being Human

In a phrase, the theology of the body (TOB) is the Great Mystery of how the invisible (God) becomes visible through the physical (us!). This is a refreshing vision of the beauty and dignity of the human person, body and soul, and our call to love and communion. The TOB comes from St. John Paul II’s penetrating series of meditations on both the Bible and human experience, revealing our invitation to become a gift, and through this gift, we “fulfill the very meaning of our being and existence”! We are made by Love, for love, to make love present in the visible world!
