Come and join Maria out the library patio and start the day with a Chair Yoga class. Chair Yoga brings the floor to you and is a gentle but satisfying work out ideal for seniors or those who find regular yoga too aggressive. Registration required to maintain class limits. Class will be postponed or canceled for bad weather as it will be outside. Classes will run on Thursdays in September – starting on September 16, then continuing on September 23, 30 and October 7. Registration will be required for individual classes.
