In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath and we enter the
posture gradually moving in and out of each pose first and then finding a holding position. This
preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles and
connective tissue. This class is an accessible and inclusive practice that is suitable for just
about anyone, beginners, seniors, those who are recovering from injuries and illness. If you
suffer from anxiety, high stress, trouble sleeping or just need some well deserved me time,
come and join us. Our instructor, Andrea has been teaching for over 10 years. She is a Yoga
Alliance Certified instructor and also has her certification in yoga therapy and prenatal yoga.
