You can sign up at the Hillsdale Library all month long or at Hillsdale’s Fall Festival at Beechwood Park on September 23rd.
* New registrations only. Residency can be demonstrated with a driver’s license, current utility bill with matching name, tax statement, or rental agreement. There is no age limitation. Registration can be initiated online but residency must be verified at the library by the end of the month to receive a physical card and be eligible for the raffle. Paid membership cards are also eligible.
