Install the Hoopla app on your mobile devices and borrow eBooks, eAudiobooks, music, movies, and TV shows
- Available to all valid Hillsdale Library cardholders.
- The Hoopla app allows you to borrow, read, renew, and return content on your devices. (Hoopla content can also be identified on the BCCLS website; borrowing is done through the app.)
- The Hoopla app is available for iOS and Android devices. Content can also be accessed via web browser platforms.
- Access is seamless access across devices.
- Some Hoopla content is available for download for offline use during the borrowing period.
- Hoopla content cannot be accessed on Kindle devices.
- Hoopla audio content can be accessed with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
- Hoopla automatically returns borrowed titles at the end of the lending period. You may return items early through the app.
- Borrowing limits: Individual cardholders can access up to six items each calendar month. The Hillsdale Library also has monthly subscription limits that may affect your ability to borrow. A notice will appear when attempting to access content if limits have been reached. Access will open up automatically with the next calendar month.
- Get started with Hoopla by downloading the app. You will need your library account number (starts with 29122) and password. Hoopla help.
