Make Your Own Hillsdale T-shirt

Make a great impression !

We have a genuine Hillsdale Sanitary Sewer manhole cover, courtesy of the Department of Public Works. You are invited to create your own Hillsdale t-shirt at the library. We are inking it up with fabric paint. One day will feature white ink. The other day will feature black ink.

  • Bring your own shirt.
  • We will have tape so that you can identify your shirt.
  • You will fill out a contact card so we can call you.
  • You will place a rubber backed carpet tile in your shirt.
  • We will ink the cover.
  • You will apply your shirt to the wet cover and remove it.
  • We will keep your shirt for at least two days. The ink must be thoroughly dry and then the ink will be set with the library’s heat press. You will be notified when your shirt is ready for pick-up.
